My mother 82 was admitted to hospital 3 months ago for various medical conditions. In order to get her back to her flat a hospital style bed was required, Costa Angel's introduced me to a medical rental company, great value and efficient.
The care team then worked with my step father and myself (in England because of covid restrictions) to get a care plan. The designated carer then came into our lives for 2 hours a day to help with mums personal care, and to allow my step father to go out for shopping etc.
She was outstanding, compassionate, caring, respectful, patient and a delight to deal with. As mum deteriorated she was fantastic, she took the time to talk us and helped facilitate video calls with family. Sadly mum died but thanks to our carer the last 2 months of her life she was well cared for.

Upon finding myself in the midst of an emergency situation when a neighbour was delivered from hospital to her home, by ambulance, on a stretcher. Then to be told that she needed to have someone with her 24/7, we duly stayed with her and then asked around for carers.
Three different people recommended Costa Angels and directly we phoned they were on the case.
Within a very short while we had a live in carer who was not phased by the state of the place and cared also about my welfare as I had been awake day and night. A rota was set up with each carer working alternate weeks. The caring was excellent and could not be faulted.
They each went the extra mile, in their own way, recommending whatever was needed for her comfort and to encourage a very poor appetite. Communication was excellent and any concerns acted upon with haste.
I highly recommend Costa Angels and am forever indebted to them for their help.

When my mother was unable to look after herself any more I didn’t know what to do, or, who to turn to. Furthermore, my mother lived in Spain and I lived in Australia with my husband and two young children. When I met Mia, the owner of Costa Angels, it was a godsend. I felt that she was genuine, wanting to provide people with decent care who would treat both the carers and her clients well. I wasn’t disappointed. In fact I was constantly surprised by the care, attention and diligence she showed. Even when Covid hit, I had that peace of mind that Mia would oversea everything and ensure that my mother and the carers were safe and happy. Some of the carers my mother had over the years have been outstanding. Their dedication towards providing my mother with the best food, care, and comfort has been second to none. Mia was always willing to help if I had any questions or concerns. She would advice as to the level of care my mother needed, whether that was to increase the care or even reduce it. She is the real deal and I can’t thank Costa Angels enough for making a difficult situation so much easier, and for providing my mother with the best care and therefore quality of life until her last days. I simply can’t thank her and the wonderful carers enough!
Costa Angels were recommended to me by Marbella Age Concern at a time when both our elderly parents had a health crisis at the same time. As all the family live outside of Spain direct assistance was not feasible. Mia Thomas from Costa Angels was able to organize emergency home care support at very short notice. The carers quickly established relationships to enable them to deliver the necessary care. The care provision was of a high quality. The assessment was carried out over the first 24 hours alongside the initial emergency care provision. This process clearly highlighted the ongoing care needs and appropriate support was continued. The coordination and standard of service was outstanding in a very difficult situation with 2 elderly people who had very different and complex needs. Mia provided a great deal of advice and suggestions for additional services which were very much appreciated. She also kept us fully updated via telephone and email. This is a Care Agency prepared to go the extra mile. I cannot commend them enough.

I have had the pleasure of working with Costa Angels for almost 5 years. I commend the fact that they match Carers to clients by potential clients and their families meeting with the Carer(s) in the selection process. This has led to me having long lasting placements with my clients. Having worked with other Care Agencies here on the Costa del Sol, I have found that Costa Angels are a company who really do care. If I had a loved one whom needed Care, then I would have no hesitation in directing them their way.
